Today I went to dinner at my grandparents house with my mum like we do every Saturday and today I realised that I still live in a life where the rules of engagement with my family are constantly changing. Where they say one thing and do another. Today I was reminded that I can't automatically believe everything my family (nor any other person for that matter) to be absolute truth.
(I could write a whole lot more on this topic and I will one day but for now, this is my first "Doogie Howser" like post! YAY!)

It's hard hey. I used to watch my family as a kid and think that they were totally different people in public as they were in private. You could almost SEE the masks.
Family can be the strangest people in our lives. Rules are never cut and dried.
That's why friends are awesome to have. You can walk away from any crap much more easily ((((hugs))))xxx
