Introduction

Rainbow Colours

So in forums that I used to belong to, sometimes it was really difficult to talk about how you were feeling and we established a bit of a code...it took colours of the rainbow and established how that colour related to physical or psychological feelings... below is the general code of what each of the colours stand for. Typically I'll be referring to these colours in my posts and on twitter :)

GOOD RAINBOW DAY = Colours Gold to Silver

GOLD DAY = Fantastic day or fantastic news 
CLEAR DAY = Seeing things a little clearer and things feel possible
YELLOW DAY = Feel like playing
PINK DAY = Good day with some "wins" 
GREEN DAY = In dreamer mode, escaping
SILVER DAY = Thankful irrespective of life/health




BAD RAINBOW DAY = Colours Purple - Black

PURPLE DAY = Introverted and thinking; needing space and quietness

ORANGE DAY = Antsy, restless and not sure what to do with it 
BROWN DAY = People are annoying me
RED DAY = Angry and upset 
RUST = Significant pain
MAROON DAY = Half angry, half not angry
BLUE DAY = Struggling with feeling sad or low
MIDNIGHT BLUE = Deep depressionWHITE DAY = Major brain fog
BEIGE DAY = Feeling 'blah'; no energy, nothing
GREY DAY = Completely washed out and feeling sick
BLACK DAY = Feel like you're 'dying' and unsure how to cope anymore
